Welcome to the Beta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Xi Delta at Monmouth College. The Beta Epsilon chapter shares a vision with Alpha Xi Delta chapters across the United States. A vision to dedicate ourselves to the personal development of our members. The Beta Epsilon chapter encourages its vision by empowering it's members to Realize their Potential. Our goal is to enrich women's lives through an emphasis on lasting sisterhood and a life time involvement in the Fraternity. The women of Alpha Xi Delta have a strong focus on academics because our Founders instilled in us the values of education, which frees us to achieve our goals. The ideals of personal development, scholarship, friendship and civic responsibilites are ideals unique to Alpha Xi Delta and valued by all those who learn more about them as a member.
